Geoff Carnevale is the President & Co-Founder of Admore Capital Group, which he founded in 2019 alongside John Cocomile. A second-generation mortgage broker with nearly 20 years of industry experience, Geoff specializes in alternative and private lending solutions. After earning a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance with a minor in Economics from Toronto Metropolitan University in 2007, Geoff began his mortgage career and has since developed expertise across residential, commercial, construction, and private lending. He served on the board of the Canadian Mortgage Brokers Association – Ontario from 2014 to 2018, including as President from 2016 to 2017. Today, Geoff leads the strategic direction and growth of Admore Capital Group while maintaining long-term relationships with investors and industry partners. Outside the office, he enjoys golf, travel, and exploring new destinations with family and friends.

John Cocomile is the President and Co-Founder of Admore Capital Group. He earned a degree in Economics from Western University before graduating from Osgoode Hall Law School and being called to the Ontario Bar in 1993.

After practicing law for several years, John transitioned into the mortgage industry and has been a licensed mortgage broker since 2007. Throughout his career, he has arranged more than $1 billion in residential mortgages, giving him extensive experience across a wide range of lending scenarios and market conditions. John remains a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario and brings a unique combination of legal, financial, and mortgage expertise to his role.  Outside the office, John enjoys travelling, golfing, skiing, and spending time with family and friends.

Dimitra Moukas brings over 15 years of mortgage and lending industry experience, specializing in mortgage operations, administration, and portfolio management. Her experience includes roles at Equitable Bank, Dominion Lending Centres, and Royal Bank of Canada. Dimitra holds a Bachelor of Arts from York University. As Director, Mortgage Operations, her expertise in mortgage administration, servicing, and client relations plays a key role in supporting Admore Capital Group's lending activities and delivering exceptional service to borrowers, brokers, and investors.

Gina D'Errico brings a diverse professional background in banking, real estate, and legal services. With studies in social sciences, business administration, real estate, and a paralegal program, she offers a well-rounded perspective, combining strong analytical skills, practical industry knowledge, and a client-focused approach. Since 2022, Gina has served on the Arbitration Board at TRREB and is in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario. Her experience and commitment to professional excellence enable her to navigate complex matters with integrity, and attention to detail. Passionate about giving back to the community, Gina volunteers her time with several organizations. In addition to serving on the TRREB Arbitration Board, she has been involved with Caledon Meals on Wheels and has spent many years coaching youth basketball in Montreal and Vaughan. Her dedication to service, both professionally and personally, reflects her commitment to supporting others and making a positive impact in her community.

Colleen is a seasoned corporate finance professional with more than 25 years of experience in investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, business valuation, and strategic financial advisory. Prior to founding Falls Corporate Finance, she was a Partner at KPMG LLP and Managing Director of KPMG Corporate Finance Inc., where she advised business owners and led transactions across a wide range of industries. She holds an MBA from the University of Windsor and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA), Chartered Business Valuator (CBV), and Corporate Finance (CF) designation holder. Colleen is also actively involved in community initiatives and has taught corporate finance and business valuation courses.

As Administrative Manager, Angela is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our mortgage business. She coordinates client communications, manages documentation and processes, and supports the team in delivering an exceptional mortgage experience. Her attention to detail, organizational expertise, and commitment to outstanding customer service help ensure every transaction is handled efficiently from application to funding.

Sam Iafrate is a graduate of the Schulich School of Business at York University, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing and Entrepreneurship. With over a decade of experience in social media and digital content creation, Sam has successfully built and managed online communities, growing social media accounts to more than one million followers across multiple platforms. At Admore Capital Group, he oversees the firm's digital presence, content strategy, investor communications, and brand development. As the youngest member of the team, Sam combines creativity, adaptability, and a deep understanding of digital trends to help connect Admore Capital Group with investors, brokers, and borrowers in an increasingly digital world. Outside the office, Sam enjoys travelling, creating content, staying active, and pursuing his passion for entrepreneurship and social media.

Frank Carnevale founded Admore Financial Services in 1978 and has spent nearly five decades building one of Toronto’s longstanding independent mortgage and lending businesses. Through his commitment to relationships, integrity, and creative financing solutions, he established the network and private lending platform that ultimately gave rise to Admore Capital Group.  While not formally involved in the day-to-day operations of the firm, Frank serves as a trusted advisor to Admore Capital Group’s leadership team. Affectionately known as the firm’s “unofficial Chairman of the Board,” his experience, perspective, and mentorship continue to play an important role in guiding the business and preserving the values on which it was built.
